Privacy Policy

This policy describes how mbox.run (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use our website, dashboard, and API.

What we collect

• Account email and API keys you create. If you request a key reset, we email a one-time link to that address.
• Email addresses you submit for verification, and job result files.
• Payment metadata needed to credit your account (amount, currency, order status). We do not store full payment-provider secrets in the product UI.
• Basic request logs (time, endpoint, IP) for abuse prevention and rate limits.

How we use it

We use this data to run verifications, bill credits, prevent fraud, and improve reliability. We do not sell your lists or use submitted emails for marketing.

Retention

Job result files remain in your workspace until you delete them or the account is closed. Demo checks on the homepage are rate-limited by IP and are not tied to an account.

Sharing

We share data only with infrastructure needed to operate the service (hosting, DNS, payment processing). We may disclose information if required by law.
